At EasyMovie, we’ve implemented squads and tribes inside our sales organization. So, we organize each department by teams (squads). Then, we link those squads to squads in other departments creating “horizontal” teams, or tribes, between departments.
This way, each department has several squads, and each tribe consists of three squads – one from each department: sales development, sales, and CSM.
As a best practice, this style of organization is helps us optimize our revenue processes and streamline communication.
